This is a modular control cabinet specifically designed for villa and home elevator, with a design aimed at meeting various on-site installation requirements for villa elevators .and We understand the installation restrictions of villa elevator projects, thoughtfully, we make the cabinet with the following features to meet your satisfaction

Features:
◎ Modular components for internal structure. Easy wiring, assembling and repairing. Super thin and narrow, cabinet size is only 200*100*1145(mm), can fit in villa elevator project with little space.
◎ Building block type of installation method, the whole cabinet can separate into control cabinet and ARD cabinet. Both cabinets can install individually. This will reduce the control cabinet height to 815mm which can fit into even smaller spaces.
◎ Modular design makes wiring and commissioning more convenient. Moreover, the cabinet adopts standard modular interface board which is compatible with Bluelight regular modular control cabinet model. So for villa elevator and common passenger elevator can use same wiring cables.
◎ The system is equipped with a detachable operation box, which includes commonly used operating devices such as a maintenance switch, an emergency stop switch, a slow running button, an electric release button, an operator interface, and various reserved wire interfaces. Maintenance, debugging,and rescue operations can be completed without being restricted by the control cabinet, solving the problem of installation difficulties caused by the control cabinet being placed in the hoistway.
◎ The control system is equipped with the IECS system, making debugging more convenient and operation more comfortable. The TWCR remote monitoring system can also be optionally installed, providing additional safety and peace of mind.
◎ The unique suspension-type silent structure design and dedicated temperature-controlled fan speed control enable the control cabinet to operate quietly, significantly reducing operational noise.
