Elevator Emergency Rescue Device--Electric Brake Release Device
Elevator Emergency Rescue Device--Electric Brake Release Device

Features:
◎ The new EPD series electric brake release supports independent wiring of dual brakes, meeting the requirements of new regulations.
◎ When used in conjunction with the control system of the provincial door lock and emergency stop contactor, the door lock contacts in the control cabinet can be directly utilized, saving wires and ensuring reliability.
◎ It provides battery power output terminals, as well as externally led terminals for the door zone indicator light and externally led terminals for buttons.
◎ Adopting a battery compartment design, without disassembling the machine, simply push open the battery compartment cover on the back to easily replace and maintain the battery.
◎ For products of PN/PT/PF/PS models, all use the emergency power supply port. When used in conjunction with the Blue Light VM3 main board, the LED digital block on the main board can display the car's sliding speed and direction during emergency rescue.
◎ For products of the PT model, the output power of the 24V power supply is increased to 50W. When the electric brake release is working, it can directly supply power to the entire 24V system, and the door zone switching power supply no longer requires separate wiring.
◎ For the split product of the PF model, it adopts a separated design of the storage battery and the product. The product is maintenance-free, which is convenient to meet the needs of long-term storage or long-distance transportation (such as overseas sites). The storage battery can be purchased and installed on-site after arrival, eliminating the inconvenience of regular charging and discharging management of the storage battery. In addition, the height of this model product is only 108mm, which can be matched with ultra-thin control cabinets.
◎ For products of the PS model, by replacing the battery with a larger capacity, the brake output power is increased to 600W, meeting the use requirements in more scenarios.
