Established in 1989, Shenyang Bluelight was founded by three young master supervisors from Shenyang University of Technology. With over 30 years of experience in the research, development, production and service of core elevator products, the company is a national high-tech enterprise, a member of the China Elevator Association, and certified under ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System. It is the only supplier in China with independent intellectual property rights that provides complete elevator system solutions, including logic control, drive, traction and monitoring.
Advanced Technology
Over the years, Shenyang Bluelight has maintained continuous technological innovation and developed a series of pioneering products: China’s first digital full closed-loop VVVF elevator controller, China’s first 32-bit microprocessor serial communication VVVF controller, and China’s first elevator safety remote monitoring system (“Elevator Bodyguard”). Leading the digital and intelligent transformation of VF drive technology, our BL2000 and BL3000 series controllers and drivers enjoy outstanding performance and high market share. The iBL intelligent elevator control system supports connection with mobile terminals, enabling remote debugging, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and real-time monitoring, which fully realizes the “Internet + Elevator” concept. Many of our technologies have become industrial standards.
Production & Comprehensive Strength
Bluelight has design and manufacturing bases in Liaoning, Zhejiang and Guangdong. The Guangdong and Zhejiang bases each cover 10,000 ㎡ with an annual capacity of 30,000 units. Its sales and service network covers all major regions across China and serves more than 500 domestic and international customers in South Korea, Japan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, UAE, India, Malaysia, Taiwan and other markets.
Since 1998, the company has focused on the development of gearless permanent magnet synchronous traction machines. Supported by a PhD-led R&D team and cooperation with domestic universities and overseas renowned enterprises, Bluelight developed China’s first gearless traction machine in October 2000. After technical optimization, it passed national EMC certification in July 2001 and entered mass production. The company owns multiple patents and complete independent intellectual property rights for its traction machines.
With advantages of low noise, low vibration and smooth operation, Bluelight gearless machines are widely used in China and exported to Europe, America, East Asia, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, gaining wide recognition from global elevator manufacturers.
