BLIUELIGHT GROUP-WYT-L MACHCINE ROOMLESS VERSION
WYT-L series products are the new generation inner rotor structure permanent magnet (PM) gearless traction machines independently developed by Bluelight Group in 2019. Adopting advanced design concepts and reliable manufacturing processes, this series of traction machines is specially optimized for mini machine room and machine roomless elevator applications, effectively meeting the installation and operation requirements of modern elevators in various building scenarios. The standard configuration of the WYT-L series meets Level 3 energy efficiency standards, which helps to reduce energy consumption and improve the overall operating economy of the elevator. Meanwhile, in order to satisfy diverse project demands, Bluelight Group can also provide customized products that reach Level 2 energy efficiency in strict accordance with customer requirements and project specifications.
l Special silent design dedicated for mini machine room (MMR) and machine room-less (MRL) elevator applications, effectively reducing operation noise and improving the overall riding comfort of the elevator system.
l For some construction sites with limited top-level space and difficult wiring layout, a removable junction box is adopted as a standard configuration, which greatly facilitates on-site installation, commissioning, wiring and later maintenance work.
l Optimized structural design and reasonable layout further improve the heat dissipation performance of the whole machine, ensuring stable and reliable operation under long-term continuous working conditions and effectively extending the service life of key components.
l Adopting high-efficiency and high-torque density design with optimized material utilization, this series features compact structure, small size and light weight, which helps to save installation space and reduce the workload of transportation and installation.
